PROMA Quality MCCL is a consultant company that has been created to capture, organize, and transfer quality standards business consultancy knowledge to managers in order to help organizations excel in today's rapidly change Quality business environment. Proma Quality MCCL harnesses quality standards management knowledge and expertise and integrates into training, guide Companies in Quality Management system establishment, manual documentation, implementation and internal auditing to deliver the maximum amount of fact-based quality standards so that organizations can satisfy their customer's needs to complying with ISO.

Proma Quality MCCL is a Tanzanians owned company with founding Directors from Engineering processes (Alliance One International Inc) Finance and Accounting background. Our Directors holds a combined experience of more than 15 years in standards preparation, standards interpretation, System audit, Supplier audit, product audit, Process mapping and identification, manual documentation, training and consultancy.

Our clients range from large multinational companies, with representation in Tanzania or aspiring to invest in Tanzania, to Small and Medium Enterprise, both public and private these includes Telecommunications, Regulatory Authorities, Water Utility, Inspectorate and Building and Civil Contractor.

Proma Quality MCCL was founded on the principal of establishing unique network of qualified professionals who are experienced in the regional market, Who are capable of filling the Gap of Consultancy in Management System including (QMS, EMS, ISO, RAMP, IFRS and IAS) services solutions. We are partner with Global Manger Group Inc. (ISO) in selling their training Kit's packages in East and Central Africa (E-shop) and Gravity Training CC (Working at Height).

Our Consultants

Our team is well trained local and international in area of Finance and Accounting, Engineering, Science Physics and Chemical, Laws, Environmental Engineering, Risk Assessment Impact and Project Management, most had trained by British Standards Institution (BSI UK approval by IRCA) and other reputable organization in Management Systems.
There is no substitute for practical experience! One of the most important ingredients an ISO consultant can bring is that they have actually been a part of ISO standards preparation and have worked in Establishment of systems that have been certified.  The combination of competency and professional experience often allow clients to avoid costly mistakes, expedite progress, reduce the learning curve, and add value to the whole project life cycle experience, which is definitely most important criteria in selection of competent Consultant.
The founding Director holds a combined experience of more than 15 years in Management System, Product auditing, Supplier auditing, training, Internal Auditing, Manual Documentation, Implementation and consultancy. Our Consultants had be involved in different projects in Tanzania including Telecommunications, Regulatory Authorities, Standards Body, Water Utility, Inspectorate and Building and Civil Contractor works .
Proma Quality MCCL deputizes only senior consultant(s), well trained and mentored with professionals having relevant Quality Management Systems experience & appropriate market exposure to be involved in consulting project(s).

Quality Policy

It is Proma Quality MCCL policy to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services, in consulting and training in the area of Quality Management System, Environment Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers, and to maintain, develop, manual documentation, implementation and improve the reputation of the business. This policy statement sets out our full commitment to this goal, in all the company’s activities and services.

Quality objectives and targets are communicated along with this policy throughout the company and made available to any interested parties. The management team ensures sufficient resources are made available to deliver these objectives and targets.

The Managing Director ensures that compliance with the system is monitored, its effectiveness audited and continually improved.

Employees have a duty and responsibility to ensure that they make proper use of the systems procedures and resources provided and that they have due regard for the impact their activities may have on health & safety of both themselves and others, the environment and the overall quality of the service being provided.

This policy extends to all clients consultants engaged on Proma Quality MCCL projects and will be reviewed annually to ensure it stays relevant and appropriate to Proma Quality MCCL objectives and activities.

Objectives

1) To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the Company's reputation with customers in the area of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, OSHAS 18001 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

2) To help clients gain a competitive advantage by providing expert, top down consultancy, starting with a strategic evaluation and carrying through to strategic quality implementation throughout the whole organization for five medium/ large sized companies a year.
